model submission
We are always looking for RELIABLE MODELS for future training dates. If you are interested in being a live model for one of our classes, please enter the following information below. We will keep your information on file and will contact you when we are ready to source. All students will be closely supervised by the Instructor/ Master Artist.
Please make sure you read the CONTRAINDICATIONS to ensure you are a candidate and also the BEFORE-CARE/AFTERCARE section, so you can properly prepare for the procedure. If you have a previous brow tattoo, it must be light enough to be worked on.
There is a needle fee of $250 that must be prepaid in full to confirm your slot. All cancellations will result in the forfeit of your payment. The needle fee includes a touch-up done by one of our artist and must be done within 4 months. Anything beyond 4 months will be subject to the regular touch up rate (reference SERVICES). Models must acknowledge and agree to accept that all pictures/videos will be used for marketing purposes.

1. Where you are located (city & state).
2. Skin type (dry skin, normal skin, oily skin, combo skin).
3. Pore size (small pores, normal pores, big pores).
4. Do you have a previous brow tattoo?
STEP 2:
Please email to beautybottbookings@gmail.com a picture of your full face (no cropping of the brows necessary) with no makeup on your brows in good lighting. Please put your name on the subject line, so we can match your picture to the information submitted. SEE EXAMPLE BELOW.
