POLICIES
THE BEAUTÉ DISTRICT is an APPOINTMENT BASED Permanent Makeup Studio. When an appointment is made, each artist has made arrangements to be present at the studio and has blocked off at least 3 hours of their time for each client and have turned other potential clients away. Canceling or rescheduling within 10 days WILL NOT allow sufficient time to find someone else to fill in the slot, resulting in forfeiture of monies paid. Please review your schedule thoroughly before booking an appointment. Our time is valuable.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DEPOSITS FOR SERVICES AND TRAININGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON (this includes ANY COVID-19 related exposures) AND NON-TRANSFERABLE (cannot be transferred to another person).
IF YOU RESCHEDULE A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES ALTOGETHER (A TOTAL OF 2 TIMES FOR TRAINING CLASSES), YOU WILL NO LONGER BE A CLIENT OR STUDENT OF BEAUTYBOTT, LLC AND ALL DEPOSITS MADE WILL BE FORFEITED.
A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 10 days before your appointment. All cancellations/rescheduling within 10 days are subjected to a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, client is responsible to book online again and must be done within ONE YEAR (counted from the original appointment date) in order for any credit (if any) to carry over. Client understands that rescheduling will be subjected to the Artists’ availability (can be up to 6 months for another date). It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their own dates. Please note that, in effort to keep up with industry markets and demands, rate changes can potentially occur periodically. If this happens, client is responsible for any remaining balances based on the new rates if client chooses to cancel/reschedule their appointment. ALL CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.
CANCELING WITHIN 10 DAYS – $25 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT
CANCELING WITHIN 48 HOURS – $50 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT
if you are OVER 15 MINUTES LATE for your appointment RESULTING IN A RESCHEDULE - $50 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT
NO CALL/NO SHOW - YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE A CLIENT
If you need to reschedule for any reason, another deposit will be taken in order to hold your slot. All appointments must be made online.

BOOKING TIPS: ALL APPOINTMENTS MADE ONLINE IS AN “APPOINTMENT REQUEST” AND NOT CONFIRMED. WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE SCREENING CRITERIA. IF YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR OUR SERVICES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE DECLINED. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 3 ATTEMPTS (TEXTS & EMAIL COMBINED), WE WILL DECLINE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IF YOU SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND FAIL TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE CONTRAINDICATION OR DECIDE TO NOT PROCEED WITH THE SERVICE FOR ANY REASON, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

TARDINESS
Please come inside RIGHT at your scheduled time (do not arrive early). Our studio operates by appointment only and are back to back with clients. If you arrive 15 minutes pass your appointment time, your appointment will have to be rescheduled as we do not believe in jeopardizing the quality of our work due to time constraints. For this reason, a $50 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit. If you need to reschedule, another deposit will be taken in order to hold your slot. All appointments must be made online.
Models
If you have signed up to be a model, you will have 4 MONTHS to receive your complimentary touch up. Anything beyond 4 months will be subjected to our regular touch up rate. Click here to view.
OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS
Please keep in mind that there might be some rare unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, which can potentially result in appointment cancellation. By moving forward with your appointment, you accept all responsibilities that might result from any cancellations.
